Welcoming Our Korean Partners to Vietnam – From Product Discussions to a Hands-On Factory Inspection

At VINACOAL, we understand that a strong international partnership begins with careful listening, open communication and the confidence that comes from seeing real products and real production firsthand. We were honored to welcome our business partners from South Korea to Vietnam and to personally accompany them throughout a comprehensive visit to our office and charcoal production facility. Every part of the program was thoughtfully arranged so our guests could explore our capabilities, ask detailed questions and evaluate whether our products meet the expectations of the Korean market. The visit began at the VINACOAL office with a warm welcome and an in-depth business discussion. Our teams reviewed charcoal samples and exchanged views on product grades, size specifications, moisture and ash levels, heat performance, burning time, packaging designs, private-label requirements, shipment planning and stable long-term supply. These face-to-face conversations allowed us to better understand the Korean market's emphasis on clean burning, dependable performance and consistent presentation. They also gave our partners a clear picture of how VINACOAL can adapt product selection and export preparation to their specific business needs. Following the office meeting, our team accompanied the delegation to the production site. The guests inspected the wood raw materials, observed the charcoal kilns and learned how careful carbonization influences hardness, heat output, burning duration and overall consistency. Our production team explained each stage openly, from material selection to kiln operation and post-production handling. At the processing and warehouse areas, our partners examined finished charcoal directly and reviewed how it is selected, sorted, stored and packed. They were also able to inspect completed export cartons, connecting the raw material and production process with the final market-ready product. More than a factory tour, the visit was an opportunity for both teams to build genuine understanding. By staying alongside our guests throughout the journey, introducing them to the people behind our production and answering each question carefully, we aimed to offer the attentive Vietnamese hospitality that is central to the way VINACOAL works with its partners. This productive visit represents another meaningful step in strengthening VINACOAL's connection with South Korea and the wider East Asian market.
