The visit then continued at our production facility. Our guest inspected the wood raw materials and discussed how material selection affects charcoal density, hardness and burning performance. Seeing the production environment firsthand provided valuable context for the quality controls explained during the office meeting. At the processing and packing area, our team demonstrated how finished charcoal is selected, handled, placed into protective inner bags and prepared in branded export cartons. Our guest observed the work directly, checked the packaging construction and reviewed finished inventory ready for market.
