The visit began with a warm welcome at the VINACOAL office, where our teams introduced their businesses and discussed the Qatari market's requirements. Together, we reviewed charcoal samples, available grades, packaging formats, private-label options, order specifications, and long-term supply plans. The delegation then travelled to our production facility to observe the operation firsthand. Our team presented the raw materials, explained the production process, and conducted practical burning tests so the customer could directly evaluate ignition, heat performance, smoke level, and product consistency. At the warehouse, the customer inspected finished charcoal, export bags, branded cartons, and storage conditions. This stage provided a clear view of VINACOAL's quality-control workflow and our readiness to prepare secure, market-specific cargo for international shipment. The day concluded with a friendly business meal, giving both teams time to exchange ideas and discuss the next steps for cooperation.
