Welcoming Our Jordanian Partner to Vietnam – From Business Discussions to Charcoal Quality Inspection

VINACOAL was pleased to welcome our valued customer from Jordan to Vietnam for an in-depth business meeting and factory visit. From discussing order details and long-term cooperation to visiting our office, production kilns and warehouse, our customer had the opportunity to directly inspect our charcoal quality and production process before moving forward with the order.

We were delighted to welcome our customer from Jordan to Vietnam for a productive business visit and face-to-face discussions with our team. During the meeting, both sides discussed product specifications, packaging requirements, shipment plans, pricing and the details of the upcoming order. More importantly, we also exchanged ideas about the Jordanian charcoal market and opportunities for developing a stable, long-term partnership. Following our business discussions, we invited our customer to experience our operations firsthand. The visit included our office, charcoal production kilns, processing areas and warehouse, where the customer was able to see how our charcoal is produced, selected, sorted and prepared for export. We also conducted an on-site charcoal quality test, allowing the customer to directly evaluate important characteristics such as charcoal size, hardness, burning performance, heat, ash level and overall product consistency. Beyond business, we were happy to introduce our guest to Vietnamese culture and local hospitality, making the visit an opportunity to strengthen both our professional relationship and mutual understanding.
